How does billing work?
Calls are paid from a prepaid balance in US dollars. Balance is added on request and paid by invoice. Each billable call is deducted from the balance, and the exact amount is returned in the cost field of every response and shown in your dashboard. The balance never goes below zero: tasks it cannot cover fail and are not charged.
How do I add balance?
By request. Contact us or write to [email protected] with the amount you need. We send you an invoice and credit your balance as soon as the payment arrives.
Are these the prices I pay?
Yes: calls are charged at these list prices, and every response reports the exact amount in its cost field. For large volumes we agree custom rates with you — ask for a quote.
When are tasks charged?
Product tasks are charged when they are posted. Failed tasks are refunded automatically: products that do not exist (40402) and pages that could not be read (50301), including live lookups that time out, cost nothing. Collecting results is free.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Paid requests are rejected until balance is added. Monitoring pauses and resumes automatically once it is. Free endpoints, such as user_data, keep working.
How are custom datasets priced?
Per project: the price depends on the source, the fields, the schedule and the volume. Describe what you need and we reply with a scope and a quote — request a custom dataset.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply in your country.
